responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and

Information via Established Security Procedures
Fleetwood Bank is committed to the security of your financial and personal
information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a
secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed
by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only
in accordance with our internal security standard.
Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
It is the bank’s policy not to reveal nonpublic personal information about
customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to non- affiliated
third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of
information with reputable information reporting agencies to maximize the
accuracy and security of such information or in the performance of bona fide
corporate due diligence or business matter, unless 1) the information is
provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction or to verify
availability of funds for checks presented to merchants; 2) the customer
requests or permits it; 3) we do not disclose any nonpublic personal
information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as
permitted by law, or 4) the customer has been informed about the possibility
of disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through a prior communication
and given the opportunity to decline (i.e., “opt out”).

When the Bank conducts business with third parties, it requires its vendors
and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy
of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
Internet Banking and
Bill Paying
Fleetwood Bank uses a third-party vendor partner, Certegy, to provide a
secure environment for Personal Online Banking. The online banking system
runs on a Windows NT operating system at Certegy's Service Bureau with
state-of-the-art firewall technology as the first line of defense in
preventing unauthorized access to any information housed there. Included in
the operating system is the capacity to allow only secure connections by end
users. Utilizing 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, all
transmissions of web pages and data between the financial institution and its
customers are completely encrypted and are unreadable to any person our group
trying to "intercept" the transmission. SSL encryption is the
industry standard and is commonly used in Internet applications that require
security and privacy for sensitive data. A digital certificate is issued
between the Bank and the Service Bureau for daily data transmission.
